Lance F. Avera has been practicing in the area of Worker’s Compensation since 1990 and is a Board Certified Worker’s Compensation Attorney. Board Certification is the highest level of recognition by The Florida Bar of the competency, and experience in this area of law.

Lance has also served as chair on the Worker’s Compensation section of the Florida Justice Association.

Lance has obtained numerous six-figure and several seven-figure Worker’s Compensation settlements. Lance is also a member of the Eighth Judicial Circuit Bar Association, the Florida Justice Association, and the American Association of Justice. Recognized by his peers for his outstanding work and ethics, Lance was selected to Florida Super Lawyers in 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010 and has is an AV Rating Attorney.

Lance graduated from the University of Central Florida in 1985 and received his Law Degree from Mercer University in 1989.
