Following a distinguished career as a prosecutor in Orlando, Eric Faddis in 1994 tried one of the most significant premises liability cases to be brought in central Florida. He filed suit against a hotel on behalf of a young woman who was assaulted in its parking lot because of inadequate security. At the conclusion of the two-week trial, the jury awarded a precedent-setting verdict, finding the hotel responsible for the criminal acts perpetrated against the innocent victim he represented.
Mr. Faddis has continually fought to achieve justice in numerous settings throughout the country, obtaining many significant million dollar plus verdicts and settlements for his injured clients and their families. As a consequence, he has been recognized by his peers as having achieved the highest levels of professional skill and integrity thereby being awarded an "AV" rating by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating available. Further, based upon the levels of professional skill and integrity he exhibits, Eric Faddis has achieved Board Certification as a Civil Trial Lawyer by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
